PackagePulse On-Demand Delivery Hours  and  Rules​

• All deliveries for PackagePulse can be scheduled in advance up to a full year with our online booking tool or by calling customer service.

​

• First delivery drop off starts at 7 am and last delivery drop off is at 7 pm

​

• If your ordering for same day delivery with PackagePulse your last delivery time slot is at 6:30 pm for any time-zone.

​

• Any bookings after 6:30 pm will be marked for pick-up and drop off for the next business day 

​

• Any package scheduled with PackagePulse will only be dropped off in the customer's possession with a signature. We do not drop off packages without handing it directly to the drop recipient. If we can't drop it off to a recipient in there hand, this will be considered a non-delivered package and the client will immediately be informed of the package status.

• If the package or packages can't be dropped off in the client's possession it will be immediately returned to the sender of the package. 

​

• All packages must be boxed and prepared once a PackagePulse driver arrives for pick up. PackagePulse drivers will only wait 10 minutes upon arrival to pick up any packages that are being delivered. If packages are not ready within that time frame the driver will inform our dispatch team and that delivery will be rescheduled by our dispatch team for the next available time slot or a future date.

• If your package isn't ready for pick up the driver will reassign the delivery to our dispatch to be picked up at a later time by a different PackagePulse driver.
